Introduce	Quinine is quinoline derivatives, can combine with plasmodium DNA, forming complexes, inhibit the replication of DNA and RNA transcription, thus inhibiting the parasite protein synthesis, the effect of chloroquine is weak relatively. Quinine, moreover, can reduce parasite oxygen consumption, inhibition of the malaria parasite phosphorylase and its interference in sugar metabolism.
