Matricaria chamonilla Extract

Chamomile, also spelled camomile, is an annual plant of the composite family Asteraceae. Chamomile extract is derived from the flower of Matricaria recutita (Synonyms are: Chamomilla chamomilla, Chamomilla recutita, Matricaria chamomilla, and Matricaria suaveolens). Apigenin, the active ingredient of Chamomile extract, is a flavone that is the aglycone of several glycosides.
